Used by the Chat Nation for more then 40 years, this weapon saw major use by both sides during The Chat Civil War. Firing a super charged laser round, this gun was on the leading edge of laser rifles. While it did not fire very fast, it was very accurate and could go clean through body armor. It was also a rugged weapon system; mud, sand, water, and snow could not cause weapon jams. However, after the Chat Empire came into power, this weapon was phased out of their armed services, in favor of more "advanced rifles." Though this weapon is still popular with irregular forces and those with low budgets.
